Depending on the events and coverage of your day, an additional photographer or assistant may be a great add-on. An additional photographer allows for greater simultaneous coverage when the schedule contains multiple events happening at once. An assistant allows us to remain fully efficient in our workflow
We love engagement sessions, as it's the best icebreaker for our working together. When the engagement session is not included in your collection, you can add it to your contract at 30% off.

We sure do have options! We fully understand that the expenses related to planning the wedding of your dream wedding can get quite overwhelming. We can put a flexible payment schedule in place and will accept some payments after your wedding, as long as it is fully paid before the delivery of your full gallery. Other arrangements can also be made of course, depending on situations and needs.
We accept cash, cheques, eTransfers, Visa and MasterCard. All of our prices are subject tax, and all the details of your payment agreement will be outlined in your contract.
Do you have payment options?
Yes!!! And we have samples of our favorite heirloom albums and wall art to show you. We want our clients to fall in love with prints again, it's the best investment to showcase your beautiful images.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTED PRODUCTS?
We are based in Chesterville, a little country community just outside of Ottawa, but we also have a foothold in Quebec City. We include 200km of travel in every wedding commission from postal code K0C 1H0 or G2B 2R4. Distance over this inclusion is charged at $0.85/km (other options may be offered).
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
Although not mandatory, we feel the connection we get via from a meeting is the most important ice breaker that allows you to get to know us and see if we would be the best addition to your wedding team. It also makes it easier to answer all your questions, understand your vision and come up with the perfect photography coverage for your needs. These can be done in person or via Zoom.
You do not have to book on the spot during this consultation, as the last thing we want is you feeling pressured to make an immediate decision. We want you to take the time you need to make your choice, but remind our clients that due to the nature of wedding bookings, we cannot hold a date without a signed contract and reservation instalment paid.
What's the purpose of the discovery call?
Our approach true to life and documentary style, which means that we will capture your wedding in the most natural and unobtrusive way. We want you to enjoy your day and will ask you to pose as little as possible. And we will always build our schedule with your needs in mind.
How do you photograph weddings?
We typically book weddings 8-16 months in advance, but can sometimes accommodate shorter engagements in our schedule. Contact us at any time to check our availability.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK?

The engagement session offered in certain collections is complimentary, as it allows us to get to know you and create a stronger trusting relationship with you. It's up to you to take us up on it or not, but there is no change in your collection fee if you don't want it. But truly, it's so much fun, you should take advantage of it!
Can we exchange the engagement session for more time?
The delivery of your complete gallery may take up to 8-12 weeks for weddings during the high season (between June to October). We will release your official sneak peak within 24-48 hours after your wedding, and a preview gallery within 7 days.
When will we get our photos?
Each wedding is unique in their own vision and style, and the amount of images in a final gallery will vary. But we do promise that our final product will contain a minimum of 75-100 images per hour after careful selection.
